Hi Everyone!
This is my very first blog. I know, they have been around for a while now and I am just getting started. I have always loved anything to do with staying healthy. From eating right, incorporating daily exercise, and staying relaxed even though we live in a stress filled world. One of the best ways to live a healthy and long life is through the foods that we put into our bodies. I have always said that balance is the key and that goes for our foods as well. 
Through my years of bodybuilding, hiking, bicycle riding and karate, I always strived to have plenty of energy to do the things I loved, worked to develop muscle and keep the body fat low. All in all, not only do you look better and feel better, but you have the energy to go without giving it much thought. So far, it has carried me very well through the years.
I hope you enjoy some of my tips on eating and exercising and go into your later years as healthy as I have!
