Joe Karas

Prior to 1995 I noticed soreness in the area of my left knee. I don't recall ever falling, twisting, or experiencing a sudden onset of pain. The pain, soreness, and at times, swelling, just seemed to appear. Gradually the pain and soreness developed to a point where I had difficulty walking, getting in and out of my car, and sleeping. I went to three doctors in New Hampshire.  One general practitioner, two specialists. Anti-inflammatory medicine was recommended. This did little or nothing to relieve my painful condition. I took some physical therapy and  a couple of times medicine was "blown" into my left knee area electrically. Again, no relief. I was thinking, I guess I'll have to live with this condition. This is what happens when you reach your fifties.

At last I decided to make an appointment with a Boston hospital holding a positive world wide reputation for treating knee problems. I was seen by a surgeon in the summer of 1998.

After the briefest of examinations he declared I had a torn medial meniscus and needed to have an operation. I went to the appointment window. The month I was available I was told the Doctor would be away on vacation. I told the nurse I would call back after checking my schedule on my desk at home. I believe it was later that day my friend Paula and I were talking on the phone. I told her about what I was going through. Paula mentioned she's done a lot of work on knees and that I should stop in. For quite some time I've been a believer in massage therapy and try to have massages on a regular basis. However, I told Paula I didn't think seeing her would be of any help. I repeated to her a top surgeon in a top hospital in Boston told me I needed an operation.

Paula said she'd still like to see me.  A day or two later I was at Paula's Muscular Rehabilitation office in Hudson, NH. Paula's strong, experienced hands went to work. I was amazed. After one session I was actually able to bend my knee with no pain. At last walking felt good. I saw Paula a few more times for follow-up specialized time devoted to my knee.  I'm writing this up-date in 2007. No knee surgery to date. I play tennis, skate, hike and sleep without left knee pain, soreness, or swelling. What a blessing! In addition to being a wonderful friend, Paula Tate is a special, talented person who helps make spectacular things happen. Each passing day I'm even more excited, amazed and satisfied with the terrific results I received and still receive at Muscular Rehabilitation Center of New England. Thanks Paula! ~ Sincerely, Joe Karas

I am an engineer. I am a 47 years old female. Mother of two, grandmother of one. I have had Lyme disease for 2 1/2 years. It has been a very difficult road. I have tried so many treatments, none of which have worked. I've been working with a Lyme disease specialist in Boston, MA, and an alternative health care provider. I have been on anti-biotics for over two years, including a three month span of intravenous anti-biotics. I feel tired most of the time, and have random aches and pains and twitches. All tests performed by my primary care provider have come back normal, i.e., I've been tested for MS, etc, and do not have it. The Lyme test was finally positive, on the third try.

The very first visit after being on the bio-feedback machine left me feeling like I had so much energy, that I really didn't know how to deal with it. It was totally amazing. The high energy continued for the next four or five days, then only lessened a bit.

I have now had four sessions, and I continue to feel more and more energetic. I truly believe that with time, this Device/Technology will eradicate the disease permanently, finally, and at last.

This is the first clear sign of improvement I've experienced in 2 1/2 years! And believe me, it is not from a placebo effect. As a matter of fact, throughout the entire first session, I kept thinking to myself what a waste of time and money this was, and I would be glad when it was over. Needless to say, I changed my tune, as the proof is in the pudding, and when I felt energetic enough to jump a building in a single bound, I was most interested and intrigued, and could not wait to come back.

My friends tell me how much better I look and act. It is quite noticeable to those who are close to me, like my boyfriend. He doesn't believe in anything he doesn't understand, but he is amazed at the difference in my energy level, which simply cannot be denied.
My time is precious, and money does not grow on trees. I wait in anticipation to go to each session, and am happy to pay for my treatment, as I know both the time and money invested is improving my health. And unless/until a person has lived for a significant amount of time in poor health, they cannot really know just how important it is to live in a state of health.  It is the most important aspect of a person's life. Without health, none of the wonderful things life has to offer can be appreciated.

I believe this energy medicine technology can give back health to many, many people, and improve not only the lives of those sick, but the lives of the loved ones around them.

54 year old female
My health concerns emulated from a  thyroid goiter which was classified as w/in normal yet I couldn't sleep, was gaining weight (even though I exercise 5 days a week) my emotions were eradicate, and body temperature was not regulated. Also, radiation treatments from breast cancer left toxins in my body which made me feel like I always had the flew- after just a few sessions- my life is returning to "my Normal" state.

I was skeptical at first about trying the BIOFEEDBACK DEVICE but I knew I had to try something else for my Allergies. Nothing else had worked and I was going to have to give up the job that I love. I bake and I had numerous allergies. My eyes would swell and water constantly and I just about gave up. After one session, I went into work and my eyes were fine! I couldn’t believe it.

The device also picked up an energy blockage in my neck and I told her that I did have a neck problem. We did the biofeedback treatment and my neck feels great now. I am totally amazed and would recommend anybody to try it!

I have been in sports most of my life. I have come in to see Paula every few weeks for sports injury prevention and rehab for the past 15 years. I mentioned to her that I was having a lot of muscle cramps in my calves and it was waking me up at night. She mentioned that if she was having muscle cramps, she would take extra magnesium and that perhaps we should sit down and put together a nutrition supplementation program and more healthy eating tips. I thought I was eating great until we did a consultation and found out I wasn’t doing the best that I could do for my body and my performance. She helped me greatly and now I do not have muscle cramps anymore, although I still get those sport injuries. Mostly because I think of myself as being 20 again!
